Embracing the Season: Upcoming Winter Solstice & Self-Compassion Yoga Offerings
As the days grow shorter and the light begins to fade, I’ve been feeling inspired to create something truly special to honour this quiet, reflective time of year. I’m currently putting together a Winter Solstice Yoga Session — a gentle, grounding practice designed to help you pause, reconnect, and welcome the return of the light. It’ll be a chance to slow down, reflect on the past year, and set calm intentions for the one ahead. Keep an eye out — bookings will open in the coming weeks!
Alongside this, I’m so excited to share that I’m developing a 10-week yoga course themed around self-compassion, starting in the new year. This course is all about softening our inner dialogue, embracing ourselves as we are, and building habits of kindness from the inside out. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and reflect with the intention of beginning the year from a place of gentleness and care.
Both offerings are rooted in the same spirit: slowing down, reconnecting, and cultivating warmth — even in the coldest months. I can’t wait to share more details soon and welcome you onto the mat for what promises to be a truly nurturing start to the new year.
